This policy explains how pricing, quotations and payment work when you buy from Procure.

Pricing

All prices shown on this website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of VAT. Applicable VAT at the prevailing UAE rate is calculated and added at checkout.

We reserve the right to accept or decline an order, and to correct pricing or availability errors, including after an order has been submitted. If we cannot fulfil an order at the stated price we will contact you before proceeding.

Request a Quote

Many products in our catalogue are supplied on a request-a-quote basis. Where a price is not displayed, use the Request for Price button on the product page and our team will send a formal quotation covering price, lead time and any delivery charges.

Accepted Payment Methods

Orders placed through this website are currently supplied on a cash on delivery basis — payment is collected when your order is delivered.

The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout. If anything about your order needs clarifying, one of our sales representatives may contact you to confirm the details before we proceed.

Purchase Orders and Credit Terms

Purchase order and credit-based purchasing may be available to business, government and educational customers. These are not automatic: they are offered at Procure's discretion and only after your organisation has completed and passed our internal account review.

If you would like to be considered for purchase order or credit terms, please contact us before placing your order so the review can be carried out.

Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing. A sales representative may call you to confirm product, quantity, delivery and payment details at this stage.

Goods remain the property of Procure until they have been paid for in full.

Tax Invoices

A VAT-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order. If you require specific details on the invoice — such as a company name, TRN or purchase order reference — please provide these before your order is processed.
