Delivery Timeframes

Delivery within the UAE typically takes 2–5 working days. This is a general guide rather than a guarantee — actual lead times depend on the product, quantity and stock availability, and the confirmed timeframe for your order is set out on your quotation.

If you have a deadline, tell us your required delivery date and we will confirm what is achievable before you order.

Installation

Installation is available across our product range. Depending on the product and the scope of work, installation may be included with your order or charged separately — this is confirmed on your quotation before you proceed.

Items such as interactive flat panels, video walls, safes and industrial equipment may require specialist handling or a scheduled installation visit, which our team will coordinate with you directly.
