Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use this site and to place an order. You confirm that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use it.

Orders and Pricing

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise; VAT is applied at checkout. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, to limit quantities, and to change prices and product availability without notice. Where a pricing or description error occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.

Product Information

We make every effort to display product details, specifications and images accurately. Manufacturers may change specifications without notice, and colours and finishes may vary slightly from images shown. Where a specification is critical to your purchase, please confirm it with us before ordering.

Delivery

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any damage, fault or discrepancy to us immediately.

Returns and Refunds

Procure does not accept returns and does not issue refunds, except where a product arrives damaged or faulty from the manufacturer. This is the only circumstance in which a return, replacement or refund will be considered.

Orders cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind, because an item is no longer needed, or because the wrong item was ordered. Please confirm specifications, compatibility and quantities with us before placing your order.

Where a claim for a damaged or faulty product is approved, resolution is subject to the manufacturer's assessment, and there is a timeline of at least 14 business days before a refund is issued or a replacement product is offered.

Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Please review the manufacturer's warranty terms before requesting service. Once the manufacturer's warranty period has expired, service and repairs should be arranged directly with the manufacturer or their authorised service centres. We are happy to help you identify the right contact.

Acceptable Use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, to harass or abuse others, to transmit malicious code, to collect or scrape data from the site, or to interfere with the security or operation of the site.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Procure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased through it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
