Return Policy
Please read this policy carefully before ordering. Procure does not accept returns and does not issue refunds, except where a product arrives damaged or faulty from the manufacturer. This is the only circumstance in which a return, replacement or refund will be considered.
What Is Not Eligible
To be clear, returns and refunds are not available for reasons such as:
- Change of mind or the item no longer being needed
- Ordering the wrong item, model, size or specification
- Buyer’s remorse or finding a different price elsewhere
- Any reason other than the product arriving damaged or faulty from the manufacturer
Please confirm the product name, model and specification before you place your order. If you are unsure, contact us first and we will be glad to help.
Damaged or Faulty on Arrival
You must inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If a product arrives damaged or is faulty from the manufacturer, contact us straight away at [email protected] with your order reference, the product name or SKU, and clear photographs of the fault or damage and the packaging. Claims for damaged or faulty goods must be reported promptly after delivery so we can raise the issue with the manufacturer.
Do not send any item back to us before your claim has been reviewed and approved. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Approved returns should be sent to:
Office 507, Lynx Tower, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Resolution Timeline
Where a claim for a damaged or faulty product is approved, resolution is subject to the manufacturer’s assessment. There is a timeline of at least 14 business days before a refund is issued or a replacement product is offered.

The following are non-returnable even if unopened:
- Perishable goods
- Custom, personalised or made-to-order items
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases
